Lamprocapnos or bleeding heart

If you have a too dark corner in your garden, the time has come when you add color and life to it with this beautiful flower called Lamprocapnos or bleeding heart, although it is also known as Dicentra spectabilis. They are perennial and very resistant flowers that develop very well and arch the branches of their heart-shaped flowers and they look like they are pretty tears of the plant.

The heart bleeding thrives in low light conditions but with a nutrient – rich soil that is slightly damp. The plants usually come out of the ground in early spring, and over time, they begin to grow and look gorgeous with their beautiful flowers. You can also buy them already grown so you don’t have to wait for them to grow in your garden and that you only have to take care of them to keep them healthy and looking good.

Fuchsia

All varieties of the fuchsia family are wonderful plants that will look great in your dark garden. Most of these species form small shrubs and need mild climates to thrive. Some of its varieties can be annual flowers and can be grown in hanging pots, something that is very beautiful because they show their bright colors and very beautiful flowers.

The flowers of the fuchsia plant include beautiful colors such as pink, red, white, violet, purple … and a wide variety of combinations. You can have them in hanging pots or plant them in pots but with an adequate height so that you can better admire their color and the beauty of the plant. Keep the fuchsia soil always very moist and with the necessary nutrients, for this do not hesitate to fertilize it twice a month with liquid manure. In addition, you should also protect the plants that you have hanging from the wind, because it could cause it to dry out and your plant to die.

No shady garden is complete without this lovely flowering plant called astilbe. These very hardy perennials thrive in the shade as long as they have moist soil and plenty of nutrients in their soil as well. They also thrive well in humid climate environments . Even these plants when they are not in bloom are worth admiring because they are precious. But when they have their colored flowers – they can be white, red, pink, orange, violet … – they are still much prettier. They may appear in late spring or early summer.

These are three plants with beautiful flowers that cannot be missing in your garden in shade or in your home. Do you already know which one you like the most of all of them?
