Characteristics of modern gardens

Modern gardens, unlike traditional and old gardens, have different shapes and designs that make them true works of contemporary art. The main characteristic that is presented to us with modern gardens is the widening of the margins and the diversity of elements used for the elaboration of this type of garden. Generally, classic shapes are used, with already established design canons, but with repetitive but successful combinations.

These types of modern gardens allow us to link and relate different forms of garden designs, for example, modern figures can be linked to classical elements, trying to achieve a balance that perfectly suits our tastes.

The elements that can be used in modern gardens are numerous. For example, we can use shrubs, plants such as vines, flowered, trees, or simply the usual vegetation of any garden. However, by complementing nature with certain shapes and qualities, we achieve a very good atmosphere decorated in a modern way, which gives a special touch to this type of place. Keep in mind that the elements of nature can be mixed with elements created by human beings, such as fountains, ponds, paths, among others, which can positively influence the garden and the design that we are preparing.

It is very important that when designing this type of garden, we work on the aspects that interest us the most, trying to achieve space and a pleasant and quiet environment, where we can not only enjoy nature in a harmonious way but also enjoy elements like water, rock, earth, and other elements that create a very nice and pleasant atmosphere.
