Types of natural fertilizers to have fertile land

If a person does not eat healthy food, it is likely that he will not have strength. Let him get fat and feel tired. Let it shake when running and his skin looks dull. The same thing happens in nature. Plants need a healthy soil to nourish themselves and thus develop in a timely manner.

That is why today we dedicate ourselves to learning more about the conditions of the land in which we plant daisies and gardenias, lemon trees, tulips and ferns.

land with compost

The earth is a source of nutrition for plants, it is the one that will offer everything necessary for them to develop photosynthesis and thus be able to grow. For this reason, it is important to fertilize the soil in order to enrich it and offer everything that the plants need.

You can choose the chemical type or the natural ones, the latter being the most suitable if you are interested in plants developing in a natural habitat and without coming into contact with artificial agents.

Within this last group you can find different types of fertilizers: organic matter, ashes, sawdust, manure, earthworm humus.

natural fertilizers

It is not the first time that we have talked about fertilizing the land with organic matter , but it never hurts to repeat it: recycle all the natural waste from your daily diet and form a compost to fertilize the land. The ideal is to fertilize with organic matter at least twice a year, applying a layer about 2 cm thick.

Another alternative is to create a natural fertilizer with a mixture of sawdust and manure , in a proportion of 75% to 25%. After mixing very well, let it sit for a few days and then apply it to the ground.

Worm humus is a widely used natural fertilizer because it has great nutrients as well as other substances that help plants develop better and finally there are wood ashes that are ideal for the soil. They can be made of hard or soft wood and provide minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and calcium carbonate. Now, if you want to grow plants that need acid soil, avoid this fertilizer because the ash reduces the PH of the soil.
