What are their characteristics?

The black pine, whose scientific name is Black pine, is an evergreen tree native to Europe, Asia Minor, and northwestern Africa. We can find it at altitudes ranging from 0 to 2000msnm, but it is more common to see it in areas between 250 and 1600msnm.

Reaches a height of 20 to 50 meterswith an erect trunk that has an ashy-white bark, with coarse furrows and thin plates that crack more and more as the plant ages. The needles (leaves) are long and strong, dark green, and are grouped two to two. Pineapples are 5-10cm long and mature 18 months after pollination.
