Bougainvillea is a plant that is very easy to grow. Its resistance to frost, and its flowers, which can be pink, orange, red, white … make it very present in many gardens and parks.
There are two species:

How does it reproduce?
The method used is cutting. Branches, semi-woody or woody, are cut in late winter or early spring, before growth begins again. They are put on a thin layer of rooting hormones, and planted in a pot in the shade with draining substrate.
Pruning
It is pruned in winter in warm climates, and in spring in cold climates.
