The plant I am talking about is a lively herbaceous plant with a biennial cycle that found in the Mediterranean region and in western Asia. Its scientific name is Anthems tincturealthough as we said it is known as yellow chamomile.

Grows to a height of 60 centimetersand has a feathery foliage of serrated, bi-pinnatifid and bright green leaves which give off a very pleasant aroma. The flowers are yellow, and are very reminiscent of those of daisies. These sprout during the summer.

Apart from being used as an ornamental, it produces a red wine with a buff yellow color and orange hues that is used in the industry.

    • Pot: universal growing substrate. No need to complicate mixing .
    • Garden: grows in all types of soils.
