Blue corn is a variety originally from Mexico. The plant is the same as the one that produces white corn; that is, herbaceous, up to 2 meters high, long and green leaves, but the ear is bluish in color that draws a lot of attention.
Although it is the one that is consumed the least, it is the most nutritious since it contains fatty acids, vitamin A, E, calcium, phosphorus and also more fiber than most cereals.

How is it grown?
