It is very important that, when choosing the plants to plant in the field, those species are chosen that are capable of living well, of adapting to the conditions that exist in the place. Therefore, if you live in a place where it rains frequently, you must look for trees that want a lot of water.

But what are those? In reality, there are many more than you would expect, since there are many species that we find near rivers and swamps, and not even in jungles and rainforests. So we are going to select the most interesting for their high ornamental value.

Before starting, It is important that you know that the trees that you are going to see below are plants that must be watered often, but they cannot necessarily live in soils that are constantly flooded (unless otherwise stated). For example, maples are plants that must be watered very frequently when the weather is hot and dry, but if their roots are in constant contact with water they will suffocate. Just the opposite will happen to the swamp cypress, a conifer that, as its name suggests, grows alongside these water courses.
