The Herbs They are not usually well received in a garden, since it is often thought that it gives them a neglected appearance, not to mention that, if we let them grow freely, they would end up harming our beloved plants. For this reason, we usually remove them whenever we see them coming out, but … what do we do with them? Do we throw them away? Better not.

There are countless species of herbs. It is the most successful type of plant, being able to grow in practically all soils and climates -except in extremely cold or hot ones. They do not need anything to survive, only the nutrients that find their roots in the soil, and the rain that may fall. Nothing more. But, as we said, they can be a problem for our flowers or for our gardenso we must, at a minimum, keep them at bay.

Weeds, which are not so bad , they have to be rooted outeither with a hoe or with the rototiller if we have a large garden. There is no specific time for it; It can be done whenever necessary, which coincides with the wettest months.

Once we have cut them, we will remove the roots, and we will place the leaves on a cloth that also serves as a strainer, on top of a bucket. Having put them in place, we will pour water into the bucket, and We will let it ferment for 10 daysduring which we will be removing it daily.

What nutrients does weed compost provide?

It depends on the species in question, but for example the dandelionTaraxacum officinale) provides calcium and magnesium, nettle (Urtica) provides nitrogen and iron, and comfrey (Symphytum officinale) provides potassium.
