Origin and characteristics

It is an annual plant native to Central America that reaches a height of 30 to 40cmwith simple and whole leaves 5-8cm long. The flowers, which bloom in spring-summer, are simple and white. The fruit is about 2-3cm long and can be purple, red or white.
