In January we sowed the first pepper seedlings

Happy New Year! We release 2013 with a new crop calendar. January It is a cold month and if there are frosts or even temperatures below 6º, we will not be able to do direct sowing or transplants abroad.

But, nevertheless, it is a great moment to start preparing our first spring seedlings (peppers and tomatoes) and for the last planting of some crops such as itwho loves the cold. We can also continue sowing spinach, peas, lentils, leek, celery and strawberryas long as the outside temperature allows it or we resort to the interior, which after all, we plant in pot.

Garlic. Sowing: From October to January. Collection: At 6/8 months.

Spinach. Sowing: From August to February. Collection: After 3 months.

Green peas: Sowing: From October to February. Collection: After 4 months.

Lentils. Sowing: From October to March. Collection: After 5/7 months.

Leeks. Sowing: From October to April. Collection: After 4 months.

Celery. Sowing: From November to April. Collection: At 6/7 months (it can be collected earlier by branches or leaves)

Strawberry: Sowing: From November to April. Collection: After 5 months.

Radishes Sowing: All year round. Collection: After 1/2 months.

Parsley. Sowing: All year round. Collection: After 3 months.
