Tips on caring for small flowering plants

If you want to have plants that produce small flowers, what better way to finish the article with some tips to make it easier for you to maintain them, right?

There they go:

Flowers need some light

All flowers need a minimum of hours of light a day. Some, like begonias or orchids, they will want less than plumbago for example. But It is highly recommended that they all be in a bright area.

Grow them whenever you can outside

This advice is closely related to the previous one. There is no plant that is prepared to live indoorsWell, they have always done it outdoors. That is why it is highly advisable to keep them outside all year round or, in the case of delicate plants, until late summer.

Water and fertilize moderately and regularly

Especially during spring and summernormally coinciding with the flowering season, the waterings should be somewhat more frequent than the rest of the year. But be careful, you have to avoid excesses: if you have doubts, check the humidity before watering.

On the other hand, it is worth paying during the warm months of the year with guano (for sale here!) for example, or with fertilizers for flowering plants (for sale here!).

Remove the dry parts

Use previously disinfected scissors to cut both the dry leaves and the withered flowers in order to keep them looking pretty, and to prevent the appearance of pests and diseases.
